These E-commerce and Sales Terms ("Terms") govern the sale of goods and/or services by YMS-Tooling ("we," "us," "our") to customers ("you," "your") through our website www.yms-tools.co.uk or other sales channels.

4. Ordering Process

4.4 Orders from outside our designated sales area will be forwarded to Alfra and handled by the local agent.

6. Delivery and Performance
6.1 We will deliver goods to the address provided at checkout.
6.2 Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
6.3 Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
6.4 Ownership of goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.
6.5 We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, strikes, or force majeure events.
7. Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) (excluding B2B Trading)
7.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
7.2 The cancellation period expires 14 days after:
The day you receive the goods; or
The day the contract is formed for services.
7.3 To cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (email).

7.5 You must return goods within 14 days of cancellation.
7.6 Unless goods are faulty, you are responsible for return postage costs.
7.7 We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return.
8. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The statutory right to cancel does not apply to:
Made-to-order
Perishable items
Sealed goods unsuitable for return
Digital content supplied immediately with your express consent
Services fully performed with your prior agreement.

10. Returns and Refunds
10.1 Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, unless they are faulty.
10.2 You are entitled to inspect goods as you would in a shop, but excessive handling may reduce your refund.
10.3 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
10.4 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.
11. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods
